Her experience working in real estate gave her a firsthand look at one of the industry's biggest challenges: buyers are often introduced to Realtors before they fully understand the home-buying process, while agents spend significant time following up with leads who may still need education, preparation, and direction.
Joy believed there was a better way to create that introduction.
Her vision became Smoove Move — a process designed to help buyers become more informed and prepared before connecting with a local real estate professional.

That hands-on experience helped shape the Smoove Move model. Joy understands both sides of the introduction: what buyers need before speaking with an agent and what Realtors need in order to have a more productive first conversation.
